What can I expect with a custom cookie order?
The design of your cookies will be specially created for you and your event whether it be specific names on a cookie, a photo or a special design that you desire. If you provide an invitation to the event or send pictures for inspiration I will match it the best I can. I will never copy another artist’s work exactly, but I can use it as inspiration and create something similar.
Is there a minimum order?
We require a dozen yummy cookie minimum.
Where/How are our cookies made?
We are located in Helenville, WI. Each cookie is baked and lovingly decorated in our home kitchen that processes foods with eggs, nuts, dairy, shellfish and wheat products. I'm sorry, but we are not able to offer gluten free, kosher or vegan cookies at this time.
Pricing and Payment
Cookies start at $48 per dozen. Cookies are approximately 3 1/2 inches. One dozen includes up to four designs.

S'more kits are $48 per dozen. Each kit makes 2 S'mores and has two custom printed mashmallows.

Dipped and printed Oreos are $36 per dozen.
​
Mini cookie sets and paint your own cookie sets are $60 per dozen.

Cookie platters are $50 and have anywhere between 9 and 12 cookies. It comes on a metal platter and is heat sealed for freshness.

Once you send us a quote request, we will respond with a quote. You can then let us know if you'd like to proceed with the order. Payment is due in full upfront in order to lock your date in on our cookie calendar.

If you need to cancel for any reason you will get a 100% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the even and 50% refund up to 1 week prior to the event.

Payments can be made with Paypal or Venmo.
How early should I order?
Contact us as early as possible so we can get your date locked in on our cookie calendar. Popular holidays and events such as Christmas and Graduation fill up fast, so it's best to book as soon as you are able. You are not placed on the calendar until full payment has been received. Changes to the order can be made up to 10 days prior to scheduled pick up/delivery.
Pick up/Delivery
We have pick up locations in Helenville, Brookfield, Big Bend or Waterford. We will deliver, a delivery fee will apply and will be determined at time of order inquiry.
Pricing
I often get comments that my cookies are worth every penny, but I acknowledge that our price point isn’t going to work for everyone. I would like to take a moment to explain why my prices are set as they are. I am a small business that uses only quality ingredients to create handmade, small batch, made to order custom designed cookies for your event. Each cookie is its own little work of art. It takes several days to create the final product from designing the cookie sets, mixing the dough, rolling out and baking the cookies, making the icing and mixing the different icing colors and consistencies. Then decorating the cookies in steps to allow time to dry between each layer of the designs using different techniques. Time is also invested in the technical aspect whether it’s converting an image to create a custom cookie cutter to print on my 3d printer, preparing an image to print on a cookie or making handmade icing transfer design. And finally individually packaging and heat sealing each cookie. The total hours to make just 12 cookies from creating a design to packaging is 6-8 hours.
